the staff were friendly and helpful. they happily carried our bags to the room and were cheerful (even though they were busy). the food is excellent, particularly the breakfast.
I noticed some maintenance issues. the pillows felt thin, and there were no extra ones available. the room seemed a bit tired. I spotted a damaged lampshade and chipped paint on the walls.
