Breakfast included lovely pastries and fresh fruit. our room had a comfortable king-size bed with soft linens. the staff arranged a private dining area for us. It felt so intimate! the hotel's garden had beautiful flowers and quiet spots.

I noticed the paint was slightly chipped in a few places around the window frame. It's a very minor detail.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they happily carried our bags to the room and were cheerful (even though they were busy). the food is excellent, particularly the breakfast.

I noticed some maintenance issues. the pillows felt thin, and there were no extra ones available. the room seemed a bit tired. I spotted a damaged lampshade and chipped paint on the walls.
