amazing stay with great food

clean roomgood stylingfriendly stafftasty ingredients

the room was perfect. it was clean. the styling was good. glasses were in the fridge. milk was ready for tea and coffees. the staff were friendly. they were cute. it was a perfect weekend for me. i appreciated the attention to detail. i had a hearty lunch with garnished crab mousse. i also enjoyed venison and liver. the english breakfast was the best. ingredients were tasty. most were locally produced.

the accommodation includes duck ponds to the left and right of the pub. the hotel has parking. there is also a pizza barn open on certain days during the week for alternative dining.

The food was AMAZING!!! I noted pride in the butchery. Home-smoked elements added flavor. The homemade vodka treat was a great touch in my room. It really added charm to my stay.

The room lacked a wardrobe. It also had a broken chest of drawers.

large bookshelvesextraordinary bathroomquiet atmosphere

the badger room impressed me!!! it featured large bookshelves filled with various books. the bathroom felt extraordinary because it was as big as other hotel rooms. i enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, as i barely heard anything from the pub next door.

the curtains in my room did not block out light well, so the early morning light interrupted my sleep.
