reserved parking fresh towels
The staff reserved parking. I found that a nice touch. The location is central. It is great! Fresh towels were also provided, which I appreciated.

large room fresh bedding friendly staff
i had a family room and it was large. the bedding was fresh and clean. staff were helpful and friendly.
karaoke went on until midnight and my room was directly above the bar.

helpful staff big room free parking loud karaoke bathroom condensation broken extractor
the Staff was lovely and helpful. my room WAS big and clean. the parking was free and conveniently located at the back.
the karaoke downstairs continued until late hours. it was very loud. the bathroom had condensation problems, and the extractor fan wasn't working properly.

karaoke night smoking area
the central location was a definite advantage. a guaranteed parking space was also provided.
the karaoke nights were unbearable. the sound travelled right through the floor. also, the guest entrance seemed to be a designated smoking area for regulars. we had to walk through a cloud of smoke every time we entered or exited.

high noise level disturbed sleep
The staff members were friendly and helpful.
My sleep was disturbed. Karaoke continued until the early hours, directly below my room. The noise level was high.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
convenient location reserved parking helpful team
The location was convenient and easy to find. I appreciated the reserved parking behind the building. A team member checked me in. She showed me to my room and explained the keys.
The bathroom window was painted shut, so the room had a lot of condensation.
