The cathedral view from room 14 was Fine. I moved the desk to fully appreciate the vista. The staff proved kind and helpful, i enjoyed the lounge and outdoor tables without pressure to order constantly. Gabriella and christine, the managers, are superb.

The shower pressure fluctuated a little. I found the temperature was not completely stable.

The location is CONVENIENT. It sits near main shops and is ideal for seeing the cathedral and oliver cromwell's house. It is easy to reach key landmarks with only short walks required.

Staff members were attentive and friendly from arrival. The front of house lady proved very professional. She was cute from the start. Managers gabriella and christine supplied excellent service. I felt very welcome there.

My room felt very clean and cosy. Attention to detail was superb from check-in to check-out. The decoration is new and lovely. It is a relaxing interior space, this provided an unwinding experience.

the big copper bath was perfect, i liked the bathrobes too. the bar was excellent, the bar staff were friendly and professional, they were very attentive.

parking requires a few minutes walk because it is off-site.

The room size was nice. I loved the bed size it was HUGE. The staff were lovely and they were helpful. I had a really AMAZING stay.

The furnishings felt tired I think it needs a spruce up. The free water WAS limited. Clothes hangers were all for skirts I noticed.
