the bar was busy and it seemed quite popular.
The room looked nothing like the photos online. I booked a double room. it was dated, and the shower did not work properly. also, there was a strange charge on my bill for something i did not order.

The location offered beautiful river views. When I checked in, I was offered a room with a river view (which I accepted!). The room was very tastefully decorated and big. I found the shower great and the bathroom large.
My room faced some challenges with natural light. The door latch also seemed faulty, made me a bit concerned about the security. (I hope they fix it soon!).

Fantastic River View and Friendly Staff!

The hotel is in a great location right next to the river. I had a great room with a fantastic view of the embankment! Rooms were spacious and had everything I expected and more. I will be coming back soon. The value for money is great and staff were so pleasant.
I had to wait a long time to be seated at breakfast (it was quite busy). This was frustrating, but the food was worth it.

The restaurant offered great food and really good service (I particularly enjoyed the breakfast). The breakfast had very good options with really kind staff available to help. I thought this made for a great way to start the day.

The hotel has a superb bar downstairswith a perfect setting to unwind. The location by the river provides wonderful surrounding walks and gorgeous views (great for an evening stroll). The building has been well renovated.
