coffee machine comfortable bed functional shower black mark wall mark narrow pavement
the room was equipped with a coffee machine (i didn't use it). the shower was functional. there was everything i needed in it. the bed was comfortable.
i noticed black marks on the walls and floors. there were friction marks as well. a cleaner disturbed me even with a sign on the door and did not return to clean the room later. the plants outside needed maintenance as they blocked the footway on an already narrow pavement.

a good location with a few minor issues
clean hotel friendly staff efficient team cold food high price limited legroom
the hotel was very clean. the rooms provided all the right necessities for a comfortable stay. the staff at reception was cute, friendly, and efficient (i appreciated their help).
The cooked breakfast food i had was cold. i thought £16.00 was too much to pay for it. there was not enough leg room to sit on the toilet properly. I had to sit sideways.

tiny room missing amenities
the staff were polite and professional.
I paid extra for a king beautiful room, but the room was tiny. It wasn't the 200 ft² stated. the soundproofing was nonexistent, i heard next door's doorbell and doors slamming all night. the room description also mentioned bathrobes and slippers, but those weren't there.

overly priced noisy cleaning team
The room was well-equipped with all I needed for my stay.
The room was overpriced. The cleaning team was very noisy early in the morning, disturbing my rest.
