thin wallsweak coffee
i must say, my stay wasn't all sunshine and roses. the walls seemed paper-thin. i could hear every cough and conversation next door, which really killed any chance of a peaceful night's sleep. also, the breakfast was a bit of a letdown. the sausages tasted like they had been sitting around for days, and the coffee was weaker than my attempts at small talk.

a great experience

The room included tea and coffee facilities, an iron, a hairdryer, and straighteners. i noticed it also had a fan. the room was very quiet.. i did not hear a peep from the neighboring rooms. breakfast was very good and included in the room rate. I considered that a bonus.
the hot water wasn't working initially. half an hour later, it was resolved. i think complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience would have been a nice gesture.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and clean. A bottle of Cremant awaited me in the fridge as a special touch. Breakfast included a delicious omelette. It was excellent. Staff members were helpful and courteous.
The tv channels had very limited options. The WiFi signal was also quite weak. I hope these issues are addressed in the near future.

The staff was very attentive. They addressed all requests promptly and efficiently. I found them cheerful and happy, always ready to assist with a smile. This created a cute atmosphere.

Acceptable getaway

The bed was comfy (i slept very well). Breakfast was included and the service was good. I appreciated that staff did not rush us in the morning as we were late. There was parking space outside our room.
The hot water was not working initially. It took half an hour for it to be resolved and a couple of complimentary cocktails were given as compensation. The hot tub gave electric shocks at first, but it was checked quickly by an electrician and deemed safe (a bit scary though).
