The grounds are wonderful. I explored a vast area. They keep the grounds in top shape with fields for sheep and horses. Victoria room upgrade happened, a beautiful room. The team is quite young, but their attitude is amazing. They are friendly and professional.

charming stay

friendly staff comfortable bed different rooms
the staff were friendly and cute. they were really good too. i slept well on the comfortable bed. both rooms were different and interesting.
the public toilets were not well-kept. they were dirty and unfit for a venue of this standard. this lack of care reflected poorly on the hotel's management.

the gardens are perfectly kept and beautiful. the lake is a lovely feature. spotting fish and other wildlife was easy and added to the serene atmosphere of the grounds.

special celebration professional staff delicious meal seamless service
My visit for an anniversary celebration was SO special. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and demonstrated professionalism. i especially enjoyed the beef wellington suggested by ella. It ranked among THE best meals. the staff's attentiveness and the seamless service were really good.

The grounds feature sheep and horses. Ample parking is available, and there is a lake view near the parking area. The Victoria room was a free upgrade, and it was beautiful.

attentive staff breakfast menu parking lot water pressure
the staff was attentive throughout my stay (i especially appreciated the quick check-in). i found the breakfast menu comprehensive with many options.
My room faced the parking lot and there was some noise late at night. the shower's water pressure was not great. It trickled instead of flowed.
