my room was lovely with a balcony. the bathroom was large. dinner and breakfast was great. everything i needed was available. i would stay again for sure.

check in felt a little awkward because i walked into an busy bar, not a reception area.

i stayed in a double room and the space was amazing the shower was so good and i really appreciated the toiletries provided there was easy parking outside it was super convenient. the staff were really friendly and they were cute i reminded me of nothing was too much trouble for them it was such a nice experience.

room service could be improved my towels weren't changed and the water wasn't refreshed the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned i noticed dirty cups this was disappointing. i also found the breakfast disappointing there weren't many options available for the buffet like cereal and fruit juice

Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues. The room service was not up to par. Towels were not changed , and the water was not refreshed. The bathroom was not cleaned, and used cups were left unwashed. This brought down my overall impression a bit.
