charmed stay!
charming mannerspacious roomgood shower pressure
i found all the staff very personable and with a charming manner. it really did seem a happy place. the food was really good too. i also loved that the room was spacious and very clean, the bed was comfy and the shower pressure really good.
the room was large but average though, there was a lone sofa with no coffee table or side table.

i noticed the hotel has a convenient location right next door to a venue. this location offers easy access to events and activities, and i found it quite advantageous. it is close to essential amenities too.

the hotel offers free parking, always a great perk , and there were plenty of spaces available just in front of the building! the restaurant and pub offer very good food and beverages.

surprisingly good stay!

The room had all amenities i wanted and it was very spacious. effective and quiet air conditioning was installed. the beds were comfy and power sockets were on both sides, i found it very convenient. the bus station outside of the hotel is great. Though i didn't use it, i saw it was there.
The member of staff wasn't polite at all! they first questioned my parking in a disabled bay. Maybe they need reminding that not all disability's are visible! also, they were quite patronising and rude when i asked another question, which definitely put me off.

The location is perfect for transportation. There is a bus station right outside the hotel. this offers easy access to public transportation for those, who need it, but the parking is still easy to manage.

the staff were friendly with a good attitude, though one was rude! the breakfast selection has a good variety of options. the check-in process was very efficient , made things easy.
