Wonderful stay close to Heathrow
helpful staff kind waitress great attitude fresh fruit
I found the staff to be helpful. The waitress Huma Sumit Munaza in the coffee area was very kind and efficient. The bartenders were also cute, I noted a great attitude. Housekeeping did a very thorough job. I really appreciated that everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was quite good, I especially liked the fresh fruit selection.
I noticed the gym is basic.

The location is ideal for airport access with convenient transportation options. Public buses offer an easy way to reach various destinations, allowing easy travel. I found the proximity to the airport convenient.
