convenient stop near the m25

amazing receptionistextra beddinghelpful servicepizza voucher

the receptionist was amazing! she really went out of her way to help us find a suitable room, even calling other hotels. she provided extra bedding when we needed it. i was also given a voucher for pizza express.

the bath tap really needed some maintenance, it looked quite old. i also wasn't expecting to pay extra for parking since it used to be included.

The hotel lacks a full restaurant. pizza express sits just 20 meters away! you will also find subway, starbucks, burger king, pret a mange, and kfc close by, offering diverse options for meals and snacks.

i appreciated the friendly staff. the room they gave me was immediately changed, as the first one had a strong smoke smell. the staff handled it very well and found a different room quickly. free parking was available, and the room's heating worked great.

the hotel need a refurbishment because it looks old. the room lacked glasses for water and sockets near the bed.

the hotel sits right off the motorway, traffic is minimal. shops and takeaways are nearby, like pizza express. parking is ample, and charging facilities are available. i checked in smoothly, staff was professional. the room had a double bed and a single bed, including an iron and storage. free wifi worked well.

the breakfast was ok, but not able to upgrade was disappointing. i could buy extra items only. the sausage was poor and not warm.

I was grateful for the ample free parking available. the room was clean. i also appreciated the great value. I found several food options with convenient services. i experienced minimal journey disruption . It was quite seamless.

i noticed the facilities are somewhat outdated, and the furniture and bathroom show their age, i would have liked newer amenities.
