The breakfast included veggie sausages for my wife, made specially by the kitchen staff. The staff were very friendly! AND helpful.
I arrived using satnav directions! The car park was congested by two large trucks. The door system seemed awkward with two suitcases. apply, twice.

the dining experience disappointed me. my steak was not cooked as requested. it was also very thin for the price. they removed it from the bill. it was still on the invoice. this required further correction upon checkout. i decided to skip breakfast.

wonderful celebration stay

helpful stafflovely roomsgreat experiencenoisy bathroom
The event team, admiral and amy, made my 50th birthday party nice. It felt as special as a wedding. guests stayed in lovely rooms and had a great experience. i liked the wedding suite we booked. the catering was excellent too.
I noticed the bathroom is quite noisy when water is used. The pump starts up loudly. also, i could constantly hear cars because the windows face the road.
Rooms
8/10
The standard room double bed was clean, and the bed was beautifully made. i found the bed a bit hard. It gave me a sore back. the hotel staff forgot about our bathroom on the second morning.
Facilities
9/10
Breakfast was good. i advise arriving early. The area is not large and you might wait for tea or coffee. there is disabled parking, and i reported that there was an unmarked drop at the planters onto a path. it definitely needs highlighting.
