I found the check-in process efficient. The fitness center included useful equipment for my workouts. The on-site indian restaurant provided very tasty and traditional food. It was a treat after a long day.

the gym has several pieces of equipment. i used three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a set of free weights. the indian restaurant provides traditional meals, which i found quite satisfying

the absence of readily available luggage assistance caused a minor inconvenience.

easy walk clean room helpful staff on-site sauna

i walked easily from the tube station to catch my early flight. the room was very clean. the staff were helpful at reception. i appreciated the sauna and steam room after my travels.

the chlorine smell from the pool was noticeable in the corridors.

amazing stay!

awesome manager perfect location comfortable weekend excellent service

the manager is awesome! he made sure everything was perfect and went way above and beyond! this is now my go-to hotel for trips! the location is perfect for getting around, and i always have a super comfortable weekend when i'm here.

the shower wasn't completely clean, i noticed a hair in the tray, it wasn't a big deal, but worth mentioning.

I found the staff accommodating and well mannered. The hotel provided assistance with my luggage, and they made every effort to ensure my comfort, I appreciated that.

The hotel is very close to the central tube station. It took me about half an hour to get to central London. Shops and food are within 100 meters. That was very convenient.
