The suite was spacious and beautifully decorated. it featured comfortable furnishings and high-quality linens. the food exceeded my expectations. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. the staff was friendly. They were efficient and helpful throughout my stay.
a bright green emergency light in the room stayed on all night, this made it hard to sleep. the light was quite intense.

Staff was attentive, and it made check-in quick. Breakfast included many options and fresh ingredients were used. I bought shower gel. I found parking easily on site.
The room became too warm overnight. I could not adjust the temperature. This made sleeping difficult.

i was initially pleased, however things declined. the room's thermostat was encased, so i could not control the temperature. this made sleeping difficult. breakfast was fine, but it did not redeem the warm room, as i would have liked it colder.

The staff were really nice and helpful. Dragos even sent my daughter's bath towel to our house in london after we forgot it. i really appreciated the spacious and very clean room too.
i was disappointed with unexpected charges. there was a £25 dog fee on arrival, and it included no added amenities or a dog bed.

A REALLY Wonderful Experience

I enjoyed the friendly staff and very dog-friendly attitude. My dog even got a sausage for breakfast. The room was AMAZING!!! It showed great attention to detail. I certainly will return here and recommend it to others. The food served was delicious for both breakfast and dinner.
Unexpectedly, there was a dog fee on arrival without any dog bed included.
