a satisfactory stay
polite staffhelpful staffair conditioning
the staff were polite. they were helpful too!!! breakfast was good. one gentleman helped me with a coffee because the starbucks machine wasn't working. he brought up some milk too, as the other room had run out. little things like that make a difference.
unfortunately, the air conditioning in the room was not functioning. it had been like that for some time. i wasn't given a date when it would be fully functional.

breakfast includes options like bacon and eggs. poached eggs are available. i use this hotel a lot at, a testament to its quality.

the hotel has a charging point for my car, a great advantage. the last two visits, i rode my motorbike. i could lock it up by the front doors. the motorbike parking bay has no facility to lock the bike to something solid.

the room was clean and tidy. the bed was good. hallways are of a high standard. the room style was also good. i asked for a lower floor and was placed on the first floor.

i visited friends nearby it was a mile away. the room was clean i found it spacious. staff were friendly they were very helpful. breakfast offered many options it was very good.
the air conditioning control panel had a bright blue light it stayed on even when off this illuminated the area.

the hotel has areas to secure bikes this is useful for cyclists. there is also a gym though i did not use it. breakfast and dinner are available in the restaurant.

staff assisted with questions i asked them. takeaway breakfast was arranged for a charity ride i participated in. a staff member was very cute he supported me with my needs.

the standard king room was spacious it was also clean. the bed had comfy pillows i slept well. the room came equipped with air conditioning for climate control.

the hotel is a mile away from friends. i found the location to be ideal for my visit. the surroundings seemed quiet the commute was short.

The staff were cute and happy to support with any questions. The pillows are especially comfy guaranteeing a sound sleep. Breakfast offered a great selection. All food was tasty and warm.
I found that plug sockets beside the bed were missing. I only had two plug sockets in the entire room, quite limiting for charging devices.

The room size was good and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was decent too. Breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
The electric car charger was occupied throughout the night, preventing me from charging my vehicle.

i found the location really handy and i could easily get to places i needed. breakfast was actually good and got me set for the day. the room was very clean and tidy on arrival, which i always appreciate.
The fitness room wasn't great. Some equipment didn't work. i also thought the staff weren't very cute, they didn't even say hello. the taxi phone didn't work and nobody seemed bothered to fix it.
