The ventilation was really loud. it was hard to sleep. I barely managed. this affected my whole stay. it needs fixing soon. It was awful.

lack of supervision unrestrained children

the room was very clean and spacious.

The adult only pool was not monitored well. Families used it without any restrictions. children were running around the pool without supervision. this made relaxation difficult. I was hoping for a quieter atmosphere.

The Marketplace Sunday buffet was a highlight. The food was delicious, and I found the staff very helpful. The service was excellent from start to finish.. Everything was perfectly organised.

The mini fridge was full of drinks. There was no space for my own items. I would have had to pay to have the items removed.

I found the breakfast selection excellent with many fresh items. the restaurant manager arranged a breakfast box for my early departure. I found this thoughtful. i appreciated the relaxing pool terrace on the top floor. It offered a peaceful retreat.
