rainfall shower welcome basket separate sinks
the room (a beautiful pool view room) featured two separate sinks. i appreciated the rainfall shower. a welcome basket offered fruit and biscuits upon arrival.
the gym only has a limited number of cardio machines.

peaceful retreat with attentive service
arabian palace super clean room polished fittings tranquil time
the hotel architecture resembled an arabian palace. the gardens provided a calming walk. my beautiful pool view room had a balcony and was super clean. it was like home with its polished fittings and generous space. there was not much to do near the hotel. fortunately, hotel facilities are numerous enough for tranquil time.
the bread selection did not cater for vegetarians as some breads contained pork. the butter served was melted instead of chilled. the air conditioning in the bar area was ineffective, and the seating was uncomfortable.

I observed the staff's dedication in maintaining the pool areas. They were consistently cleaning and offering drinks! i noticed attentive breakfast service with kate being particularly helpful and friendly. i found the reception staff efficient and polite.

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful . Their excellent service. the hotel's amenities are amazing. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful pool areas. i also appreciated the delicious and varied food options available at breakfast.
I found that some of the towels in the room had noticeable holes. This was not the standard i expected.

The hotel provides easy access to local attractions. It is a short distance from victoria and the citadel. bus and bolt options are available for transport. Exploring nearby areas is quite convenient from this location.

The spa is well kept and clean. Staff are readily available to assist guests. various dining choices are provided. The standout experience is at l'istorja, which features a selection of meats and seafood. many staff members ensure the pool area is looked after. Drinks are readily available to guests.

The beautiful suite had everything stocked upon arrival. Generous space added to the relaxing atmosphere. the balcony offered a pleasant pool view. I felt right at home instantly. polished fittings are present. This enhanced the overall sense of relaxation.

The staff addressed my broken air conditioning rapidly. Maintenance arrived within minutes to fix it. monika offered invaluable assistance. She helped when my girlfriend experienced food poisoning elsewhere. she also assisted when our car broke down. Her help was appreciated!
