i enjoyed the spacious room. the room had great housekeeping. the breakfast buffet offered a wide choice of foods. i found the shuttle bus to be very convenient.
the hotel shows some signs of needing refurbishment. some outdoor work occurred around the periphery.

the hotel's location was perfect, near the city center (i enjoyed the short walks). i found the breakfast selection quite generous, with fresh options daily. the staff were always ready to help with information. a lovely stay, especially with the added touch of the welcome drink upon arrival.
i noticed that the indoor pool felt a bit cold. the jacuzzi also seemed to have limited functionality with very few bubbles and cold water.

The room was spacious and tidy with daily topping up of all essentials. staff turned down beds each evening and left a chocolate. the pool was beautifully clean with plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas. staff were great too. They were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

the bus station is located just up the road from the hotel, providing convenient access to public transport and travel throughout the island. the city center is within a short distance from the bus station. it is very central to everything.

The hotel includes both outdoor and heated indoor swimming pools for relaxation and recreation irrespective of the weather. there are nice themes in public areas. Examples include the map room and spice room with indonesian and javan and maritime decor. a free shuttle into the city is a service available.
