wide variety friendly staff cheese selection

the breakfast had a wide variety of options like an omelet station and pastries. i noticed italian cheese and meat selections too. the staff were very friendly and always ready to assist guests.

the sink in the bathroom had a slight crack, a minor detail.

weak wi-fi broken treadmill

The staff was friendly! but the wi-fi was slow. it was often cutting out, hard to get any work done. the signal strength seemed weak in several areas of the hotel, ESPECIALLY near the pool. also, the gym was a bit of a letdown. Some equipment was out of order. one of the treadmills had a broken display and a cable machine was MISSING handles. i think a little maintenance would make a BIG difference.

the breakfast had great choices on numerous stations. one station was devoted to vegan options. all public areas were spotlessly clean and well presented. the business standard room met all expectations.

i was given an adjoining room. it wasn't great for a 5-star hotel. i was woken up at 1 am by a crying baby. no apology came after i complained. the second room had a leaking sink.

The hotel location had tranquility. A perfect spot to unwind. the staff offered kindness. They attended to my needs. marika found me a tour guide. She was very helpful. the breakfast was really good. It had vegan options.

the bar service felt slightly slow at times, though not consistently.

friendly staff clean pools maintained pool air conditioning fixed issue middle of night

The staff greeted us with friendliness. I was pleased our room was ready upon arrival. The pools were clean and maintained well. I found it easy to get a sun bed there.

The air conditioning switched off during the night. This happened both during the day and night. I reported it multiple times , but the issue was not fixed. I found that frustrating and I didn't sleep well because of it.

the location was good and the sea views were acceptable.

The breakfast seemed basic. There was no porridge. the food quality at le bistro was poor. rock hard beds were also a problem.
