Really good Stay Experience

cute team attentive service fun aerobics

The breakfast service was excellent. Hari and his team were cute each morning (they remembered my preferred drinks!). Heena and Ramesh at the pool provided attentive and friendly service. Christopher's aqua aerobics added fun to my stay.

I noticed the stairs led through staff back offices, marked 'private'. This made me uncomfortable using them. A more guest-friendly stairwell would be helpful.

My room was a Beautiful Sea View 1 King Bed. The room included a king bed and a balcony facing the sea. There were many sockets in the room and USB ports. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food and many dairy-free options.

The breakfast offered a vast variety. The staff were very friendly with little surprises.

The lifts were constantly not working. Our bathroom sink and shower were broken! They wouldn't call us a taxi. You have to use their executive cars or call an Uber or Bolt car.

the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooms are large. the breakfast buffet is five star. palios restaurant was great. we returned more than once. i really enjoyed having a sea view from almost all rooms.

i found the electric sockets only on one side of the king bed. i felt this was a minor inconvenience.
