balanced stay

spacious suite friendly staff excellent standard outdated room poor tennis broken racket

i had a spacious suite with a bathroom. the views were very nice and the staff was friendly. the decor and amenities were of an excellent standard.

the room was outdated and had nothing to do with a 5-star experience. the tennis experience was poor, with broken rackets and stinky balls.

ample space large balcony nespresso machine

the breakfast selections were wonderful and plentiful. our two-bedroom executive suite had ample space for our family. the large balcony was ideal for enjoying quiet mornings. the nespresso machine added a lovely touch!

The parking had a daily fee. I felt this should have been complimentary given the hotel's remote location.

The staff members were attentive and helpful and friendly. They always answered our questions with patience. duty managers henri and elvira were especially cute, always smiling.

the pools were clean and inviting, especially the outdoor adult pool with a bar. golden bay offered watersport activities that we enjoyed. there was also a games room with table tennis, air hockey and darts for kids.

a decent stay with some issues

lovely selection cute staff old furniture outdated rooms

the breakfast buffet at the flavours restaurant was really nice the staff was also very cute especially hendry i think everything was super fresh. the buffet had a lovely selection and the staff couldn't do enough for us and that was awesome.

the furniture looks old and i remember it from when i first walked into this place years ago

The hotel location is excellent, with access to nearby attractions. The room was spacious and clean with modern decor. Breakfast offered varied options, including fresh fruit and local pastries. I found the staff helpful.

The gym equipment looks a little dated.

Breakfast offered a wide array of choices. I appreciated the inclusion of local Maltese delicacies. Agliolio restaurant provided a diverse menu, and the food was AMAZING!!! The bar staff were attentive.

Henri, who greets guests at breakfast, provides a very warm and cute experience. Staff responded quickly to requests and demonstrated professionalism. The concierge was helpful in arranging transportation and providing local information.
