comfy bedthin wallscustomer service
The bed was comfy, and the shower worked well. The towels were clean.
I found that the walls were thin, and I could hear every word from the builders staying next door. They were very loud. There wasn't anyone available to take the key at check-out, I rang the bell multiple times, but no one looked. Customer service is not their priority.

Adequate Stay

comfortable bedspacious roomfriendly staffdirty fanbroken curtainlacking facilities
The beds were very comfortable. The room was spacious, which I appreciated. Breakfast was relaxed. I could sit where I wanted, and the staff were friendly in the morning and evening.
The room facilities were lacking. The room did not have air conditioning, only a fan. The fan was dirty and covered in dust, so I cleaned it. The curtain in the room was broken, so it was bright in the morning.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful (their attentiveness was appreciated). The room had functioning amenities, including hot water and reliable door locks. The kitchen prepared a lasagne and salad for me after hours, which I found very thoughtful.
The room could have been a bit cleaner. I noticed some remnants from previous occupants.
