large roombeautiful decorcomfortable bedgood water supply
the room was large with beautiful decor and appropriate furniture. i felt i was on a tv set instead of being in a modern hotel. the bed was comfortable , and the general atmosphere was great. the sink was a good size with a good water supply , and the bathroom was large enough to easily move around.
the steam room and jacuzzi weren't working , a bit disappointing.

Solid Stay with Excellent Amenities

professional standardbuffet freshnesscomfortable bedschool prom
The function room looked very professionally set up for the celebration. The staff handled all aspects to a high standard and the buffet had quality and freshness. I found the queen sized bed in my room comfortable with crisp, white bedlinen. The shower offered fantastic water pressure.
The hotel failed to notify guests about the school prom, so parking near the entrance was impossible. I had to walk a distance. Noise from the event was disruptive.
Dining
9/10
The restaurant provided lovely food. Staff worked hard. The breakfast had a good choice, catering manager Scott oversaw everything topping up food.
Rooms
8/10
My room included tea, coffee, and biscuits, it had a large bathroom with a shower and bath. Very nice toiletries were supplied. The room was also pretty large and included a chair. Furnishings were tasteful and comfortable.
Service
9/10
The receptionist was warm and pleasant to speak with. Staff were cute polite, attentive but not intrusive. Service from beginning to end was excellent. Tracey and the team were very good.
Facilities
9/10
The spa facilities included a steam room, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a pool, i went between all of them. Grounds were amazing. There were huge trees out back and a couple of romantic looking lakes.
