positive aspects of my stay

beach location sea views breakfast buffet helpful staff

i found the location to be excellent for accessing the beach and enjoying the sea views. the breakfast buffet provided a good variety of options. the staff were very friendly and helpful, particularly jamol, who interacted well with guests.

the room had a balcony facing the sea it was an unblocked view i liked the access to the carlton hotel next door i used its pool i could swap daily room service for free drinks it was a nice option.

The family room was big and spacious! I appreciated that everything was clean upon arrival. Breakfast had superb food options. I found many delicious choices.

Staff members are helpful and friendly. They work hard. Cassie at the front desk provided quick assistance with check-in and addressed all my questions, which I appreciated. Jamol, on the night shift, was also especially friendly and helpful.

My room was Super clean, with fluffy white towels and fresh bedding. The bathroom was also super clean and well-kept. I had a lovely sea view from my room's balcony. What A treat.

superb stay

spacious feel relaxing retreat

i got a standard double room. the room had a spacious feel and was comfortable. a balcony with a wonderful sea view provided a relaxing retreat. i also used the sister hotel for a morning swim in the pool.

the hotel had no water available one evening , when i asked. instead, i had to buy a bottle of juice. as a pregnant guest, this WAS disappointing.
