adequate stay with some issues

poor hot breakfast disruptive staff area

the location proved convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

I learned about this only after complaining to the reception. the breakfast bar offered limited hot options, and they tasted subpar, often resembling microwaved eggs. noise from the staff area behind the wall was disruptive. I could hear distinct sounds early in the morning.

The mattress was pretty lumpy. The pillows? Too soft for my taste. I was offered fresh milk, but where am I supposed to keep it cold? The Eggs Benedict I had for breakfast was not the best.

Quiet getaway with fantastic staff

lovely welcome helpful staff taxi service

I stayed in a beautiful double room, it included nice shower gel, bubble bath and handwash (i loved the smell!). The staff members were always helpful, they made sure i got taxis whenever required. I also appreciated the milk in a flask for the room plus nice biscuits.

the breakfast was nice. self-service cereals were available. fresh milk was available from reception. bottles of water were replaced in the room. i ate in the bar one night. i enjoyed it. it was lovely.

the room needed some updating.
