the receptionist was very cheery and helpful , i was impressed. the deep stand alone bath was a highlight of the bathroom. the room provided great value for money during the christmas week.

the air conditioning wasn't working, a real letdown, and despite reporting it, nothing changed . the room got quite stuffy, especially at night, and it made sleeping rather unpleasant.

The provided coffee machine made mornings easier. The room included bottled water, I found this particularly useful after returning from the beach. Breakfast had individually cooked options. I appreciated not having a buffet.

i stayed in a classic king room and it was immaculate. the room included dorset teabags and lotus biscuits! toiletries were also provided. an iron and ironing board. it was easy to walk into the town centre from the hotel.
the sunlight streamed in very early, as the room only had blinds.

the breakfast buffet was superb!!! the sausages, bacon, and bread were great quality. the eggs had a lovely colour yolk, so i enjoyed it thoroughly.

The receptionist was helpful upon my arrival. i had several requests, and she was keen to ensure my stay was good. david provided really good customer service. He is a credit to the hotel!!!

i had a twin room for two nights. the location IS great, it is just a ten minute walk from the pier. the room was compact, it had everything I needed. breakfast proved excellent, with very professional staff offering great service each morning.
the room WAS considerably bright at night. courtyard lights did shine into the room. it resulted IN the room not being very dark, so the sun completely lit it up by early morning.

the hotel IS close to major attractions, so exploring the area was simple. situated just a short walk from the town center, it allowed easy access to shops. transportation IS readily available too.

the breakfast buffet offered a substantial selection of fresh items each morning. everything you COULD need was there. the dining area was clean, and the staff WERE attentive, so it was a pleasant start to the day.

the staff WAS cute and helpful throughout the stay. a lady DURING check in was very professional and friendly and explained everything well. I AM happy because service provided was amazing.
