I enjoyed the ocean view room . It was perfect. the staff were very cute and friendly. i thought the breakfast choices were the best i have seen at any hotel. i really appreciated how well i was looked after (the little things make a big difference!).

I was greeted by Alvis, who helped with my bags. He was also very helpful with details about the room (it had effective air conditioning!) and the island. The staff at breakfast were attentive. Luke provided useful advice about an all day trip around the island.
I was disappointed with the parking situation. The car park is limited, and I found it quite tight. I do not recommend coming with a car for this reason. I had to park elsewhere, inconvenient.

The room overlooked the park and included a walk in shower. It was nice and neat. I loved the bottles of water that were left when the beds were turned down, a great touch.

Breakfast was very good with an attentive staff. More water was available with just a phone call (very convenient). The service in the hotel, the attentiveness of the staff, and the greetings were all great.

The location was central for discovering the area. I knew there was a road between the hotel and the beach when I booked. It did not make the slightest difference to me. The hotel made up for the road.

the breakfast buffet had a great selection of food options. the patio bar was also a good spot for pre-dinner drinks. it is true staff was polite at reception. the location is NEAR the centre.

The staff was attentive. The hotel maintained spotlessly clean conditions and my room received daily cleaning to a high standard. I found the bed very comfy.
