dirty carpetschipped furniture
the initial room assigned to me was unacceptably dark. it lacked adequate windows and only had a skylight. a replacement room cost EXTRA and showed signs of wear and tear. chipped furniture and carpets that was soiled detracted from its appeal.

roxan at reception was cute! her friendly and helpful nature made our arrival so smooth. the former courthouse boasts a unique and excellent building. the convenient parking at descartes added to the overall positive experience.
the shower head could not be adjusted, and it was difficult to aim the water flow directly. this made showering a bit awkward. this issue detracted slightly from the overall enjoyment of the bathroom facilities.

the breakfast featured a variety of fresh pastries, including croissants and pain au chocolat. there was a selection of local cheeses and cured meats. fresh fruit options included berries and melon.

The staff were friendly and helpful. It's something. this was at least acceptable.
the air conditioning in the room did not seem to work properly. this made sleeping difficult, as it became quite stuffy. i doubt i would book a room again because of it
