slow service unfriendly staff

I was disappointed with the service speed during breakfast and dinner! It took a very long time to get served. The reception staff seemed unfriendly and annoyed. I also was given a late checkout but it was cancelled shortly before my departure.

The breakfast was amazing with a large variety of options. The staff were always friendly and provided excellent service. Christopher especially stood out. He were really nice too ensure our dining experience was nice!

Our room HAD ants, frustrating. the pillows were not comfortable. They were not suitable for anyone in our group!

My room had a semi-private poolwith a relaxing personal space. Breakfast included varied options that suited all tastes. The bar served excellent drinks! The staff were attentive and always ready to assist.

The gym could use more equipment. There was often a wait for the treadmill.

excellent adults-only retreat

amazing stay hotel architecture fresh ingredients really good staff

the hotel's architecture blends well with the landscape. the breakfast was great. fresh ingredients and a fine setting turn every meal into a highlight. i found the staff to be really good. costas at the pool bar remembered my name (which i appreciated).

the gym has some outdated equipment.

dated room poor service

the setting was beautiful and breakfasts were great.

I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. The room felt a bit dated. the decor seemed less luxurious in person than in the photos (perhaps it needs updating). also, the service was not what i expected from a hotel of this supposed caliber.

empty minibar difficult access

The minibar was empty. I expected more. The shower room was quite small. This was inconvenient. Access to the beach was difficult. It was not close. The beach itself was unpleasant and crowded. Its state detracted from the stay.
