The breakfast area offered plenty of options and good service.

The hotel room was not cleaned one day, and after reporting this to reception, I received information that the matter would be resolved. The room was cleaned the next day, but I did not get an explanation of what happened. I had to wait over an hour for luggage after checking in and had to call to check on it.

The staff at the hotel was generally responsive when I needed something.

My room smelled strongly of mildew. I suspect there was a moisture problem behind the walls. The minibar was not replenished daily, and I had to call several times to get water and snacks refilled. The food wasn't exactly AMAZING!!! Dinner lacked flavor, and the breakfast buffet felt very repetitive after a few days.
