the hotel staff were AMAZING!!! christina from the guest experience team was super. her customer service was very good throughout my stay. i felt comfortable on my first solo trip. the team really were pretty good.
my final bill added up very quickly. i am not too sure the price matches up to the quality there. drinks were very watered down. i made sure to ask with no ice after.

i found the decor very beautiful. our room was near the pools. the food choices were ample. christina helped us book a trip. i found hidden gems thanks to her.
the walls feel thin. i could hear noise from other rooms. it sometimes impacted my sleep.

Stylish Hotel with Really good Service

modern equipment delicious food vegan options friendly staff
The outdoor gym was excellent. It featured modern equipment. The hotel offered delicious food at its Italian restaurant. I found several vegan options at every meal which catered to my needs. The staff was very friendly and cute making my experience personal.
The soundproofing in the rooms was not great. I could hear noise from outside.
