The pools were well-kept with areas for kids of all ages. Our family room had a very large double bed with comfy kids beds (mattress was perfect). We found many pool areas, so we could always find one fitting the kids age. The hotel's policies included welcome and goodbye gifts, a nice touch.

There were no hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels.

The family room had a large double bed and comfortable beds for children. The air conditioning system worked perfectly providing respite from the heat. The room size was really nice (more than enough space for everyone).

The staff was helpful and polite throughout the stay. The hotel organised everything with lots of effort for the client. The room cleaning service was excellent. They maintained high standards.

dining facilities friendly staff large resort worn room wallpaper problem non-functional lamps

The dining facilities are AMAZING. I loved that the staff are super friendly and helpful. There is so much to do since this is a large resort.

The room was worn down. Wallpaper on the wall was coming off i noticed. Lamps did not work and this was a problem.

mixed feelings about the stay

greasy food dirty laundry

the staff greeted us with greek phrases. it was a nice touch.

i found the food quality lacking. it seemed greasy and overly salty (not what i expect). also, cleanliness in the hallways was not great. i saw dirty laundry and general clutter.
