An Admirable Stay

The service was perfect. Each night included an excellent show. The restaurants offered ideal dinner settings. Sunbeds were always available near any of the three swimming pools, or beach. I was able to choose either a pool or the sea easily.

The main restaurant had a wide variety of options. The smaller specialty restaurants provided enjoyable meals. I especially appreciated the themed buffet nights. Desserts were a high point with considerable variety available each evening. Staff were very attentive.

The room had modern decorations and generous balcony. I noted the cleanliness was very consistent throughout my stay, they offered a sense of luxury. I also found the rooms to be quiet, which helped a lot after long day.

The entertainment each night WAS very good. I sat at the bar after dinner and enjoyed the shows.

I found the hotel was understaffed in the service area. I saw the same staff every day and many looked miserable, some were rude. It often was like I was putting them out when I asked for a drink. It sometimes took an hour to be asked for a drink by the pool.

The staff was always smiling and helpful. I especially liked nataša at the concierge desk. the private pool was heated, a great surprise. the food was AMAZING!!! i enjoyed the themed restaurants and the main restaurant, with its variety of fresh options.

i wish the music and entertainment went on a bit later into the night. i understand it's a family hotel but a little more time for those who like to party would be awesome.
