The hotel features many lifts . The restaurant offers a variety of cuisines to pick. Haram is close to the hotel. It is convenient.

The key cards stopped working daily, so I had to visit reception frequently to get a new one.

the location were awesome, a total win! it was close to everything. the room service were quick, i loved that. my room was pretty big, so i had much space, it were perfect.

housekeeping were super slow, that was annoying. it took forever for them to bring anything i asked. the lifts took ages! i waited forever each time i needed one. the card key stopped working all the time so i have a problem to visit reception

convenient prayer elegant lobby quick elevators comfortable design

The hotel is about two minutes from the Haram. The location allowed for convenient prayer times. The lobby was elegant. Elevators were available quickly. I also appreciated the overall design, as it was comfortable.

The hotel did not provide a follow-up after I reported some issues.

The room was super clean. The bathroom was super clean too. Luxury toiletries, in addition to a coffee machine, added convenience to the experience. The beds provided plush comfort.
