the breakfast included a kids section with popcorn and chocolate. i found a washer and dryer which was great for cleaning garments (it really helped after umrah!).

the room i booked was smaller than other hotels in the area.

The hotel offers a large prayer area on l level. the prayer area overlooks the haram and is spacious with effective cooling. wifi coverage is strong throughout the hotel including the prayer area. the hotel service impressed me with its prompt and professional nature.

rooms are spacious with large tvs and espresso machines included. bathrooms feature rain showers and good amenities. the breakfast had many live stations for omelets baked pies and crepes along with fresh juices and kid friendly sections.

The location was very convenient. The facilities were modern and well kept. Alamgir from Tower 2 provided excellent housekeeping. He ensured our room was super clean and met all our needs carefully (a true professional).

I found some reception staff to be a little rude. It felt as if the work occurred inside the room itself (a VERY disturbing situation).
