The hotel is very clean. I liked this a lot. the staff are polite. open buffet breakfast was available.

room service was slow. one of the bathrooms had a smell in it. it took two days for them to clear the smell.

the breakfast included a kids section with popcorn and chocolate. i found a washer and dryer which was great for cleaning garments (it really helped after umrah!).

the room i booked was smaller than other hotels in the area.

The hotel offers a large prayer area on l level. It is located within a few meters of the lift for women and men can use another lift to b3. the prayer area overlooks the haram and is spacious with effective cooling. wifi coverage is strong throughout the hotel including the prayer area. the hotel service impressed me with its prompt and professional nature.

the gym was small with limited equipment.

The hotel overlooks the haram and it is a short walk away. there are four towers. The east side is closer to the haram entrance. access to the restaurant is on m. Access to haram is on c1 and the lobby.

rooms are spacious with large tvs and espresso machines included. bathrooms feature rain showers and good amenities. the breakfast had many live stations for omelets baked pies and crepes along with fresh juices and kid friendly sections.

convenient location modern facilities rude staff loud noise

The location was very convenient. The facilities were modern and well-kept. Alamgir from Tower 2 provided excellent housekeeping. He ensured our room was super clean and met all our needs carefully (a true professional).

I found some reception staff to be a little rude. It felt as if the work occurred inside the room itself (a VERY disturbing situation).
