The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the Haram. I found the staff to be supportive. They helped me during my three-day stay. The check-out process was quick!
The room I had felt a bit dated and could use some updating. The breakfast options were pretty basic. I expected more variety for the price I paid. The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from the hallway, distracting.

the location was amazing , and everything i needed was available. the breakfast was super yummy with many options , a good way to start the day.
the toiletries seemed very old , and the hand wash had a bad smell. i also had to call multiple times for my baggage to be taken care of at check-out , it was very inconvenient.

I am very grateful for the smooth check-in. The concierge service by Ibrahim from KSA was especially cute. Bashaeer surprised us with sweets and Arabic coffee, it was very nice. I will book again on my next visit. I want to thank Mohame Nour from room service and Nour from the concierge team also.
The hotel did not provide basic first aid services. When my daughter fainted, the staff said no medical help or equipment existed. This situation is unacceptable for a hotel of this location and standard.
