the executive lounge access was a treat, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with varied menus. sky musallah on the 36th floor provided a convenient prayer space. the staff were friendly and helpful. we got early check-in and bus service, excellent.

The team upgraded my room to a beautiful room twin haram view for the same price. I really appreciated that. early check-in and late check-out were also offered. It really helped me. i had a very convenient shuttle service to and from al-haram every 5 mins. the lobby was elegant, and the prayer area on the 36th floor had a amazing view.
They reset at every stop, so there were long delays.

The hotel had a direct connection to al-haram. This made access very easy. the hotel's location provided a convenient base for exploring the area. shuttle buses to the haram were available frequently. They ran approximately every five minutes.

Staff at the reception were very helpful. They ensured a smooth check-in. i found the concierge services efficient, especially for transport arrangements. the team was responsive. Call answers were quick and effective . It was all great.

Excellent stay near to Haram

i was given an upgrade on arrival, and the kaaba view was a real treat. the room was spacious plus clean. the bathroom included a rainfall shower. the prayer hall is on floor 36 with views of masjid al haram. a constant shuttle service was available because of ongoing work in the area.
the breakfast did not include enough variety, and it was same everyday.
