broken tea pot
The tea pot in my room REMAINED broken despite ASKING twice. There WAS a considerable wait with a stroller. the breakfast staff was loud and aggressive in their actions.

the staff was helpful, especially with directions to the metro.
I found the room quite disappointing. The decor felt old. there was also a strange smell in the bathroom that i couldn't get rid of. the bed wasn't very comfortable either. It was too firm for my liking. i really didn't sleep well at all.
