Wonderful Hotel Experience
helpful staff quality bedding excellent breakfast
The front desk staff, particularly Igor and Ghalib, were friendly. They were helpful with all my questions. The hotel provided high-quality bedding. The bedding was very nice and neat. The hotel breakfast offered many choices. I found it excellent. Late check-in proved quite helpful because of my flight schedule.
I experienced noise issues from the air conditioning. The sound level resembled that of a spaceship. This affected my sleep quality.

My standard room was super clean. It also had all the hygiene kits I needed. Essentials and water were also available, showing great attention to guest comfort. The room had a modern design.

This resulted in modern facilities . I noticed that it has a bar with a nice atmosphere. Gin and Tonic lovers will appreciate their variety.

The parking service was excellent. A hotel employee drove my car. They parked it. Upon departure, a staff member brought it to the hotel. The staff speaks many languages. Communication with them posed no difficulty.

Really good Hotel Stay
spacious room excellent breakfast superb hospitality
The room was spacious and very clean. I found the breakfast excellent with diverse options. Staff members, Nick and Nini, provided superb hospitality. They helped with all needs. I received an upgrade to a suite.
The gym wasn't as excellent as the photos suggested.

The hotel is near the tram and metro station with a short walk of about five minutes. Access to local attractions is convenient with multiple transport options like tram, Bolt, and Uber. This enables easy exploration of the area

Front desk staff, including Ghalib, were attentive, providing really good customer service. Igor and Ghalib at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They readily assisted with inquiries.

The breakfast offered many alternatives, including a live omelet section that was very good. Beny and Daria, working in the beverages area, were very attentive. I appreciated the variety and quality of the food served.

faulty air conditioning soft pillows
the location was acceptable , a short walk from the main attractions.
i was very frustrated with the air conditioning , it barely worked , and the room was uncomfortably warm. also , i found the pillows to be soft , offering no support at all , , made it difficult to sleep well , and that really bothered me. the room cleaning was also not very good , i could see dust.

attentive staff breakfast alternatives grubby walls guest noise
the staff was attentive. the breakfast had many alternatives and was delicious.
the windows looked out onto grubby walls on all sides. noise from other guests sometimes required the windows to be shut.
