awful topper poor air conditioning

The location was alright. Easy enough to get to the philharmonic. nothing particularly fancy, but acceptable.

The air conditioning barely worked. It was like trying to cool the room with a hairdryer. i reported it, but the staff just shrugged and said it was 'running as expected. ' plus, they've added these awful rubber mattress toppers, and i swear, i spent the whole time sweating. It was a budget hotel trying to pass as something more.

the breakfast was acceptable i guess, it had the bare minimum.

The service was not ideal. It took forever to get anyone's attention at the bar and then the order came wrong. i had wait over half hour for a drink. they need more staff.

My visit to this hotel was quite disappointing. The service was slow. I ordered room service, and it took nearly an hour to arrive (I was quite hungry by then). the promised turndown service never materialized, a bit of a letdown (it's a small thing, but I appreciate the attention to detail).

daily fruit balmain toiletries quiet atmosphere warm room leaking showerhead high price

the staff provided daily fruit, a nice touch. balmain toiletries were included, something i always appreciate. clean and quiet, the room provided a relaxing atmosphere for the duration of my stay.

i found the room a bit too warm, even with the air conditioning seemingly running at full capacity. the shower head leaked too. the hotel feels like an average hotel despite its higher price.

the room was super spacious and very well kept. the bathtub was pristine. it added a luxurious touch to my stay. the lighting controls let me make different scenes with warm lights.

strong water excellent service

the room was very clean the shower had nice strong water pressure i liked the central location near many shopping and restaurant choices. the staff provided excellent service they were polite and helpful throughout my stay

the air conditioning seemed to have some limitations the room felt warm at times
