efficient check-invaried breakfastexcellent detailinadequate signage
the check-in process was efficient. i was informed about the facilities and received all essential details for my stay. the breakfast buffet was good with a huge selection of food and drinks. the water park was super fun and the level of detail was excellent.
i found the signage within the park to be inadequate. it was difficult to find queues, lockers, and directions to different areas.

i stayed in a tent and there was lots of fun for the whole family. plenty of activities were open from early morning until late at night. the weather was great so we used the outdoor spaces and pools , and it.

the breakfast was good. i saw a huge variety of drinks and food. i thought the frozen yoghurt was delicious. the artificial landscape with its plants and animals was quite unique. the waterslides and beach were nothing but fun.
i had to wait nearly an hour at reception just to check in. despite our reservation, i wasn't given the room i had booked. after a long discussion, i was finally moved to a somewhat similar room. our room wasn't very clean. there were no basic toiletries like shampoo or shower gel.

the aqua park offered many activities for kids.. i found many attractive water slides suitable for different ages. my kids really loved this place.
the receptionist was not great upon arrival, i appreciate that the resort is located in germany, but i expected multilingual receptionists. her overall attitude was poor.. it felt as if she was forced to talk to us.
