cold breakfast hard bread

the breakfast was not good , it was really cold. hard bread and croissants were served , even though that was not what i ordered. i questioned it and was told there was not enough left of what i wanted , so they decided to give me sausage , some egg , and one tomato for both of us. we had ordered breakfast the day before , so i found this unacceptable and disappointing.

The check-in process WAS slow. There was only one staff member handling the queue. I had to wait a LONG time. The breakfast selection could have been better. The layout made it difficult to find items.

the location directly at the airport was very convenient. i found the check-in process efficient. the room was well kept and quiet for a restful night before my flight.

the lighting controls in the room were complicated to use i found that a bit frustrating.

an okay stay

large room convenient location early flight slow check-in unfair treatment long line

the room was pretty large. i found the location to be very convenient. it is only a few minutes from the terminal. i slept well before my early flight.

the check in was slow and only one staff member helped regular guests. honor and gold members had two people to help them. this felt very unfair. the line was long at night and people were tired.
