cold breakfasthard bread

the breakfast was not good , it was really cold. hard bread and croissants were served , even though that was not what i ordered. i questioned it and was told there was not enough left of what i wanted , so they decided to give me sausage , some egg , and one tomato for both of us. we had ordered breakfast the day before , so i found this unacceptable and disappointing.

the room was pretty large. i found the location to be very convenient. it is only a few minutes from the terminal. i slept well before my early flight.

the check in was slow and only one staff member helped regular guests. honor and gold members had two people to help them. this felt very unfair. the line was long at night and people were tired.
