Acceptable Stay, Disappointing Room

The breakfast had a large selection of items.

The room was quite disappointing (especially considering the hotel's rating). The window faced a wall only two meters away, and there was a canopy full of bird droppings just to the right. The smell in the room was unpleasant. It was really bad.

Really good Amenities and Service

efficient staff breakfast options

I appreciated the efficient check-in process and cute staff. The breakfast provided a variety of options daily, giving much choice. My room was in a quiet area, removed from street noise. I also found proximity to grocery stores and restaurants convenient.

The hotel room lacked basic USB charging points. There was limited space in the bathroom for storing toiletries. The balcony tiles felt loose, so I was a little concerned.

many choices comfortable room balcony view

The breakfast offered many choices and the room was very comfortable. the room was also clean. i really liked the balcony i had. The pictures i submit with this review are taken from the balcony. the elevators were a bit confusing at first though i soon got used to the system. i had to use two sets of elevators. One for rooms ending 01-10 and the other for rooms ending 15-forward.

our bedroom was on the 7th floor and it was supposed to be non smoking though the stench of stale smoke was very very strong. the room was also warm! nothing we did with the air con worked. trying to sleep in a 26° heat room that stinks of smoke was not pleasant.

the hotel is situated about ten minutes from republic square, though you don't really need public transport. the hotel is conveniently near many local attractions and restaurants! it is within walking distance of many popular places.

Excellent Hotel Experience

convenient location easy access large variety

The hotel's location allowed convenient access to a tram stop right in front. This made travel to all central locations simple. Florenc metro station and the central bus stop were also a short walk away at five minutes. Breakfast offered a large variety of options.

convenient location friendly staff breakfast variety

i found the hotel's location very convenient near public transport. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to my day.

the minibar items were not complimentary and the charges were not clearly communicated beforehand.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

excellent choice main shopping areas late cleaning

The breakfast had an excellent choice of items. I found the walk to the main shopping areas reasonable. Staff cleaned the room even late in the evening, around 7 pm.. I found that very accommodating.

The bathroom door was a sliding type and not sealed well. This caused a noticeable noise when showering, especially disruptive when my baby was trying to sleep.

The on-site gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guest use. A selection of free weights ranging from 2 kg to 20 kg was available. Guests could also make use of the provided yoga mats and stability balls.
