The room was just right, with space to move around. the staff seemed cheerful and efficient. the concierge team were helpful. They handled everything well. i would stay here again. It was comfortable.

my room included a king size bed and a tv with international channels. there were blackout curtains and soundproofing. the bathroom featured a separate shower and a bathtub. a bathrobe and slippers were provided.

the hotel has a location close to many attractions. museums and restaurants are a short walk away. public transport is easily accessible from the hotel. i liked how close it was to main attractions.

I enjoyed the upgraded Norma Suite. It was spacious and has classy glam. The red and gold colors are nice and the chandelier over the bed is beautiful. The bed are super comfortable.
Some staff are rude. I asked to changed a desk lamp. This lamp was broken. It did not changed until I asked again the next day.

The room seemed smaller than advertised! The bathroom lacked counter space. Placing toiletries was a challenge. The television remote didn't work properly. Changing channels was frustrating. The minibar prices were excessively high. I felt gouged when checking out. The noise from the street was noticeable. Sleeping soundly proved difficult.
