convenient location large variety friendly staff cramped room expensive hotel late housekeeping
the location of the hotel was very convenient. it was easy to walk to many places i wanted to see. the breakfast had a large variety of choices. i found the staff were friendly and helpful .
i found that the room was quite cramped. it lacked an extra bed for a child, despite my request beforehand. also, the hotel felt quite expensive. the room was not cleaned up to 4 p.m. some days. it was hard to freshen up before dinner.

convenient location nice variety inadequate soundproofing compact room
i stayed for a few nights in a classic double or twin room. the location was very convenient to many attractions. the breakfast had a nice variety of options each morning.
the soundproofing seemed inadequate. i could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms and outside. the room felt a bit compact and oddly shaped.

the location is central! there are many public transport stops nearby, including the central railway station, i noticed. almost all main attractions were easily walkable. breakfast had a generous selection of tasty items!
the elevators seemed slow at times with many people waiting to use them.

The room was very super clean and cozy. breakfast had plenty of choice. I appreciated the variety. the hotel was situated well. It was within walking distance of the train station.

convenient location quiet room friendly staff
i found the location very convenient it was a short walk from the central station. my room was quiet i did not hear noise from other rooms. i appreciated the friendly reception staff they were very helpful.
i thought the bed was slightly too firm for my comfort.

a tender stay
train station spa massage breakfast selection
I found the location convenient, especially with the main train station nearby. The massage at the spa was just what i needed. It felt amazing!!! The breakfast buffet offered an awesome selection. The staff were very friendly and always available.
The soundproofing could use improvement. Street noise disrupted my sleep. I hope for a quieter experience next time.

espresso machine rainfall shower
I stayed in a beautiful double room. the room included a nespresso machine, which i really appreciated. there was a rainfall shower. It was very relaxing after a long day.
the bathroom lacked a towel rack. we loved the pool. but the view was not amazing!
