i found the staff helpful and courteous. the breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of high-quality items. the location provided easy access to many landmarks. i also really liked that they had a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa area. i appreciated the attentive service provided throughout my stay.

The location was acceptable. It provided easy access to main attractions.
I encountered a significant issue with room maintenance. The air conditioning didn't work properly and the staff did not address it. I also found the minibar to be very modest for a hotel of this supposed caliber.. It seems the attention to detail is lacking.

The air conditioning barely worked. the room felt stuffy. i told the staff but nothing changed . also, breakfast service was slow. Getting coffee took ages.
