Excellent Family Stay Experience

I found the variety of activities for children excellent. aquadome access and monkey tonkey land entry were complimentary. the supermarket offers reasonable prices, which i appreciated. the water park temperature was warm. The slides provided fun for all.

the absence of pathway lights in certain areas proved slightly inconvenient during evening walks.

The hotel features amazing outdoor playgrounds scattered around the premises. Many provide space for children to play. the wristband system allows for payments, locker access, and house entry, which i found convenient to use. an ice skating rink provides more activity choices.

The staff i encountered was patient and helpful, especially the shuttle drivers. check-in was fast and easy. The service center helped me immediately. the shuttle operates regularly, transporting guests to different areas, though it can get crowded.

Our accommodation included dishwashing tablets, cleaning products, a tea towel and a dishcloth, useful. the door code locks worked efficiently. The kitchen contained all equipment. the cabin offered space, cleanliness, and quietness.

the cabins were well equipped. there were amazing outdoor playgrounds scattered around the hotel.

our house was at the very far end. it was about 1.5km from the reception. the shuttle train was popular and got full very quickly. a lot of people had to just walk to their houses. i do not recommend it.

Excellent Stay!

The cabin had good size. It was also clean. Dishwashing tablets, cleaning products, a tea towel, and a dishcloth were all provided. Many amazing outdoor playgrounds are available around the hotel. I found the cabin very peaceful.

My house was far from the reception. It was about 2 km away! The shuttle train filled up very quickly. Many people had to walk with luggage.

The staff provided friendly service. It was very helpful. The check-in process at the service center located just inside the main entrance of the main building was easy. I appreciated the good service.
