poor ventilation artificial smell
The ventilation in the room was poor. Fresh air was minimal! a chemical, artificial, and irritating smell permeated the main hall. queues at reception for simple things also added to the frustration, it was a joke.

breakfast buffet afternoon walk smart tv dirty toilets
the breakfast buffet offered many choices. there were eggs, meats, muffins, and croissants. i also enjoyed the variety of fruits and vegetables available. the hotel sits directly on the boardwalk. it was nice to go for walks in the afternoon.
the tv did not have smart features. i could not access netflix. the general toilets in the lobby were not well maintained. they looked visibly dirty, and the wallpaper was peeling.

water view upgraded furniture outdoor deck
The hotel has a water view room. It offered a spacious layout. The newly upgraded furniture was charming. The bathroom featured ample space and a very nice shower. Breakfast had eggs. Meats. Muffins. Croissants. Fruits. Vegetables. The breakfast included lots of beverages. Great walking areas lined the waterfront. A restaurant is in the hotel. A lobby bar had plenty of seating. It had a large outdoor deck. I loved it.
The music from a party was audible up to the 7th floor, a little distracting!
