The room included a shower with great water pressure. I found a modern restaurant and bar area. The staff was helpful throughout the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Breakfasts provided a nice selection of quality, healthy food. The rooms were spacious enough for a stay. I also liked the spa. The sauna was really good.

The hotel is cutting corners, I think. The bathroom floor was not cleaned even after I complained the first night. Elevator floors were not vacuum cleaned. I also saw an empty beer bottle outside the hotel, left for 36 hours. it created a sloppy IMPRESSION!

really good hotel experience

convenient location comfortable bed relaxing spa helpful staff

I found the location very convenient, offering easy access to various attractions. the bed was comfortable, contributing to restful nights. i liked the relaxing spa zone, perfect after a day of exploring. the staff was very polite and helpful. They even allowed me to check in a bit earlier, which i greatly appreciated.

the gym was great, but one of the saunas was under maintenance for the entire week i stayed.

the room had good light and included all necessary facilities for my stay. i found the bed super and the pillows very comfortable. the air conditioning worked very well, maintaining a pleasant temperature throughout my stay.

the hotel is situated just a short walk from the main train station. this made accessing various parts of the city very simple. many main attractions are within easy reach from the hotel location. i enjoyed the central position a lot!!!

the reception staff was friendly and always ready to assist with any inquiries. i found the service super clean and efficient. special thanks to the team for their helpfulness throughout my visit. they were attentive and accommodating.

The location was convenient near many amenities. I found the bed quite comfortable. I enjoyed the excellent gym. It had modern equipment.

My room's mini-bar was not refilled daily. I had to ask for it EVERY single day. the tv remote in my room was not working properly. I had trouble changing channels MOST of the time. Finally, I found the price of the in-house bar EXPENSIVE.

Really good stay in the heart of the city

modern equipment available bathrobe fresh option attentive staff

I found the gym facilities to be excellent. I used the modern equipment. There were bath robes and slippers available in my room, convenient. The hotel offered a variety of dishes at breakfast. I enjoyed the fresh options. the staff were hard working, and always attentive.

The bar tender said i ordered a 'luxurious tea', when i ordered chamomile tea.
